Sharing the Cook Island talents and stories
Happy Cook Islands Language week everyone. Yesterday, Ms Tuipulotu invited Room 20 to come and join us listening to Philominna and Elizabeth Akaruru share their stories and sang songs to us and with us. They told us which island they come from and that they really enjoy coming to see us. They told us to always show respect and to never give up. Keep working hard.

Hi Norman, My name is Makayla from New Brighton Catholic School. I really enjoyed your Blog post about a few people coming to visit your school from the Cook Islands, I think you could work on what they sang to you, and what stories they told. But I really enjoyed the fact that you made a Post about this experience.You taught me that you should be positive and I like that I got taught something new
ReplyDeleteI like the way you have put a picture to show what is happening at the time, and you told everyone what they said about being positive and never giving up that was very cool, I wish there was more description. But otherwise I really enjoyed it, keep up the great work.
